Event Details

◦ All Games schedule will be fixed and decided by EVC Tournament Staff. We have asked all team's preferences on their application.

◦ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Reschedules may be allowed to certain circumstances so in advance, we are making you aware of getting two subs on your team just in case. We have already made adjustments with Beacon Qualifiers which run in the second and third weekend so don't worry! We will be strict with our schedule.

◦ ELIGIBILITY: We will be prioritising teams with players from Northern Europe: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Malta, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom as that is EVC Main sub region. We will be allowing a minority of non - eligible teams so you can still apply if you are interested. All players must reside within the EMEA region.

◦ Partnered with Rat House Productions for high-quality tournament streams.

Tournament Format

◦ Stage 1: Group stages with each team playing 4 matches in the first two weeks (Best of 3 per match). Top 16 teams advance.

◦ Stage 2: 16 teams double elimination bracket featuring all BO3 matches and a BO5 for lower finals and Grand Finals.

Registration Process

➋ Upon application submission, create a #:ticket:・support-ticket and inform us of your team name for expedited review.

➌ Accepted teams will receive role assignments from EVC Moderation staff and an invitation to the Challengermode platform for tournament bracket management.
