Tournament Rules "TUSOVKA CUP 5x5" for VALORANT
- Information about the tournament
The "TUSOVKA CUP 5x5" tournament is held for the VALORANT discipline. The tournament will take place in two stages: Open Qualifiers on November 29, 2025, and the Main Event from December 5 to December 7, 2025. Twelve teams will be invited to the final stage of the tournament. The remaining four teams will be determined through the qualifying tournament.
Backup dates for the Main Event: December 12-14, 2025.
- General Provisions
Discipline: VALORANT Format: 5v5 Stage: Online Mode: Custom Game Qualification Prize Pool: 4 slots in the Main Event. Main Event Prize Pool: $1,000
- Tournament Format
System: Single Elimination (elimination after the first loss). Match Format: The entire qualification stage is played in a Best-of-1 (first to one win) format. Seeding: Random. Platform: The tournament bracket and results will be hosted on Challengermode.com. The bracket link will be published on our social media channels after registration closes.
- Maps and Settings
Map Selection: Before the start of a match, team captains must perform a map pick/ban procedure in the presence of an administrator or by using a dedicated bot/website.

Lobby Settings: Mode: Tournament Mode Overtime: Win by Two Default Server: Frankfurt (Europe). May be changed upon mutual agreement of the team captains.
- Payouts
Payouts will be processed within 30 calendar days after the tournament concludes. The specified amounts are gross and may be subject to taxation according to the recipient's local laws.
- Participation Requirements
To participate, players must be members of the following communities:

A team consists of 5 core players. The registration of two substitute players and one Coach is permitted. Players are prohibited from competing for more than one team in the tournament. A player's Riot ID must not contain profanity, insults, or propaganda. All players are required to record their gameplay (VOD). The recording must be stored for at least 24 hours and be provided to the administration upon request.
- Match Procedure
The captain of the team listed on the top side of the bracket is responsible for creating the custom game lobby and inviting the opponents. Teams are allocated 1 hour to play their match and report the result. Teams failing to meet this deadline will receive a technical defeat. - Code of Conduct and Violations
The use of cheats, exploits, scripts, or any software providing an unfair advantage is prohibited. Gaining information from an opponent's live stream (stream sniping) is prohibited. Any form of unsportsmanlike conduct is prohibited: insults, toxic behavior, match-fixing. Intentionally delaying a match is prohibited. Leaving a match before its official conclusion is prohibited. Changing your in-game nickname after the tournament has started is prohibited.
- Disconnects and Rematches
If a player disconnects, the match continues. A rematch is granted by the administration only in exceptional cases (e.g., mass disconnects or a critical game server failure).
The decision to grant a rematch or take other measures is made solely at the discretion of the administration.
- Broadcasts
The official broadcast will be streamed on the BAZA Twitch channel. Teams must, upon request, add an official caster or administrator to the lobby as a spectator. If a player hosts a personal stream, they are obligated to: Use a stream delay of at least 180 seconds. Include "TUSOVKA CUP by baza" in the stream title.
- Appeals
An appeal regarding a match result or an opponent's actions must be filed within 10 minutes of the match's conclusion. The appeal must contain clear evidence (screenshots, videos, chat logs). Players may request an opponent's VOD through the administration to review a disputed situation.
- Penalties
For violations of these rules, the administration reserves the right to apply the following penalties: Warning. Technical defeat for the match. Team disqualification. Forfeiture of prize money. Ban from future tournaments.
- Final Provisions
The tournament administration reserves the right to amend this rulebook. All disputes will be resolved by the administration. Its decisions are final and are not subject to appeal or discussion.
