• Make sure that your team is registered & confirmed 10 minutes before the tournament starts!

• New game lobbies are used for every new game.
• Teams have 15 min to begin playing the first game of every round. If the whole team isn't ready by then, the opposing teams wins by walk over.
• If both teams aren't ready in-game by the end of the countdown, the game is cancelled and no team continues.

Suggestions and troubleshooting:

• Some players experience fps drops or "lag" when connecting to the server by using the standard method (clicking launch game). To avoid this copy the IP and connect to the server manually via the in-game console. The IP can be found under the launch button.
• Sometimes the servers take long to start. Give it about 3 minutes to load, and if nothing happens after that contact an admin or support.
