Please note that all competitors must be 18 years of age or older when competing in any of these events. The "European Tier 2 CIRCUIT Rulebook" oversees the entire T2 Circuit. The "R6 South Breach Rulebook" extends the T2 circuit rulebook.
Format This R6 South Breach qualifier consists of a Swiss system, where the top 3 teams will be granted access to the group stage. Once a team is mathematically deemed out of the top 3, they will be eliminated.
Quick Rules
- 1 tactical timeout of 45 seconds per team per map (to be set up server-side so players can easily request it themselves). - Ping limit: 120 (regional exceptions may apply at the admins' discretion).
- Any in-game issue that requires admin intervention must be brought up in a ticket immediately.
- Any ticket related to rule breaches should be accompanied by tournament-related evidence (and within the timeframe imposed by the admins), or it will be disregarded and closed by the admin team. Any abuse of the ticketing system will be sanctioned (e.g., reporting skins because of a loss after a match).
- Matches will not be delayed for any reason except for force majeure cases (i.e., worldwide server issues) and at the discretion of the admin team.
- Players may stream their POV with a minimum of 180s delay. Server Selection: if an agreement can't be reached, all matches must be played on EU-Central.

If an unauthorized skin is used, it needs to be reported immediately with evidence. No sanction will be applied retroactively at the end of a match.
Anti-Cheat The following applications are required for participation in the competition, and any activity that restricts, prohibits, or alters their use is expressly forbidden:
- BattlEye
- Monitor System Status (MOSS) download here The MOSS must have the Rainbow Six Siege parameter. To set this, follow these steps: "File" → "Parameters" → "Rainbow Six" and it must record all matches.
Please keep MOSS files unaltered and stored on your computer for the next 30 days, as you may be required to hand them over for verification during or after any cup.
Only the admin team is authorized to determine if a MOSS check is required. Teams may only present relevant tournament-related evidence (social media posts usually do not constitute tournament-related evidence unless expressly allowed by the admin team in writing). Delaying matches or unnecessarily wasting admin time will be penalized.
This is to avoid a large number of tickets opened based on 'something is wrong' without presenting factual evidence.
