FCL on Suomen sisäisen ekosysteemin 2. divisioona.
Pelaajien taso vaihtee Emeraldista Masteriin, mutta keskitaso on suurinpiirtein Timanttia. Päätavoitteena on luoda pelaajia ja joukkueita, jotka haastavat ja tulevat jatkossa pelaamaan FPL:ssä.
Runko sarja tulee olemaan Round robin bo3 peleillä. Play-off top 4 joista 2 parasta etenee taistelemaan paikasta [FPL] Bottom 2 relegation
