From when the lobby starts you have 8 minutes to join the in-game custom lobby. The match start will not wait for any reason before being started.
A minimum of 4 players confirmed is required for the tournament to start.
Playing with a cheater will get the entire team banned for 3 months from Challengermode. Teaming up with your opponents is forbidden.
